Returns & Refunds

At InstantLure, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day cancellation and return window with clear terms and conditions.
Right to Cancel (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of the cancellation, you then have an additional 30 days to return the product. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any original shipping fees if applicable.
To initiate a cancellation or return, please email us at info@instantlure.com. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume products can only be returned if the protective seal or plastic packaging has not been opened or removed.

If the seal has been broken, or the product has been used, we cannot issue a refund.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. Return costs vary depending on the courier and package size. Please consult your shipping provider for accurate pricing. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping to ensure safe return.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@instantlure.com with a photo or video showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist where possible:

If the package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier.

If you selected Insured Shipping at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or compensation. Contact us with proof of loss or a filed claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, even if the package is still in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Exception: If the package is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will review the case and may offer a resolution.
Address Changes
If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the shipping carrier to request a delivery reroute or hold.
Refusing Delivery
If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to the return conditions listed above.
Refund Timing
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
